8-Step Cleaning Process
We use the industry's most powerful 250-degree truck mount steam extraction system, along with our state-of-the-art RX-20 Rotary Power Steam Extractor with five vacuum ports. It extracts more soil, grit, bacteria, and rinse water than conventional units for the most thorough deep steam carpet cleaning ever.
Your uniformed tech arrives on time and performs a pre-cleaning inspection with you to evaluate carpet soiling conditions, odor sources, any potential permanent stains, and expected results. We also discuss your concerns. We do only the job you called for — no upsells, hidden costs, or surprises.
We install a temporary door seal around the access door to help maintain your indoor temperature. We also install protective guards and cotton floor covers to protect flooring while we work.
We apply our patented green pre-cleaner Procyon® to the carpet surface to emulsify and break down embedded soil, spots, and odor sources for a more thorough cleaning.
When necessary, we use a professional carpet groomer to loosen embedded soil and spots on matted walk areas or collapsed pile.
Our water purification system boosts our zero-residue deep rinse process to deliver the best deep cleaning results on even the most heavily soiled and stained carpets. It even removes harmful toxic residues left behind by the last carpet cleaner. Every carpet we clean is left pH-balanced to ensure no sticky residue is left behind. This leaves your carpet feeling softer and smelling fresh when dry.

Add-On Professional Carpet Cleaning Services
- Pet Urine/Vomit/Fecal/Unknown Odors/Stains: Odors and stains of a known or unknown origin — whether human, animal, or environmental — will be assessed during service. We’ll perform a forensic UV light inspection during your walk-through to determine if treatments outside of our 8-Step Cleaning process are required; if so, we will apply additional charges determined by how much product, time, and labor is needed to remedy the issue.
- Restoration Cleaning: Blackened walk areas and excessive staining require more time and products and will incur an additional cost. While every attempt is made to fully remove stains, certain stains may wick back up after drying.
- Setup Fee: If your facility is an extended distance from where the truck-mounted equipment is set up, you may be subject to an additional charge of $75. This includes but is not limited to properties that sit farther than 150 feet from parking/truck setup; and locations requiring our truck to be set up and moved two or more times while at the same location.
